To ensure a smooth and respectful working relationship, all clients are expected to follow these guidelines:

  • Confirm all major decisions or changes in writing.
  • Avoid vague instructions or last-minute shifts in direction.

2. Respect for Time & Process

  • Revisions are limited to the number stated in your package.
  • Major changes or new concepts will be quoted separately.
  • Response delays may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

  • Work begins only after payment is confirmed.
  • Additional services or revisions beyond scope require separate payment.
  • Refunds are not applicable once work has started or files have been delivered.

4. Ownership & Deliverables

  • Final files (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF) are included in your package.
  • Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included unless purchased via the Full Rights Package.
  • Once final files are delivered, the designer is not responsible for future edits or misuse.

5. Professional Conduct

  • Threats, abusive language, or manipulative behavior will result in immediate termination of the project.
  • Respect for creative boundaries and intellectual property is expected at all times.

6. Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes, we provide digital receipts or invoices upon request. Just let us know when you make the payment.

7. Can I pay directly for a package?

Not yet! We ask that you contact us first so we can confirm the package suits your needs. Then we’ll send a secure payment link.
